Is it free to join Stagely?
Yes! Creating a profile and listing your services is completely free. We only charge a commission when you get paid for a booking.
How do I get paid?
For every confirmed booking, the payment is held securely in escrow. Once the event is successfully completed, the funds (minus our service fee) are released to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
What is the service fee?
Stagely charges a 25% commission on the total booking value. This covers marketing, payment processing, insurance, and platform support.
Can I decline a booking request?
Absolutely. You have full control over your schedule. You can accept or decline any request based on your availability and preferences.
For Event Planners
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your payment is held in a secure escrow account and is only released to the performer after the event is completed to your satisfaction.
What if the performer cancels?
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the talent, you will receive a full refund immediately. Our support team will also help you find a replacement urgently.
How do I verify the talent?
All profiles on Stagely are vetted. We check their portfolio, past reviews, and identity. You can also chat directly with them before booking to ensure they are the right fit.
